AMBER (NSW & ACT)

Ingredients

(Serves 36)
  • 18 wholemeal or wholegrain rolls
  • 18 teaspoons vegemite
  • 2 cups reduced fat cheese, shredded

Method

1. Split each roll in half.

2. Spread lightly with vegemite and sprinkle with cheese.

3. Toast rolls until golden brown.

4. Serve whole or cut into smaller pieces.

Variations

Alternative breads to use: crumpets, Lebanese bread, pita bread, Turkish bread or wholemeal rolls of different shapes.
