Ingredients

 1 cup quick oats (or rolled oats blitzed in a blender for a few seconds)

 1 overripe banana

 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan forced).

Mash the banana in a bowl.

Add cinnamon and oats to the bowl and mix.

Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Press the balls flat into a cookie shape (the mixture will not spread like regular cookies).

Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
