Ingredients
1 ½ cups reduced-fat Greek yoghurt, vanilla flavoured
½ cup red and green fruit of your choice, chopped
2 tsp desiccated or shredded coconut
Method

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Spread yoghurt evenly on baking tray.

Top yoghurt with chopped fruit and press in lightly.

Sprinkle with coconut.

Freeze for 2-4 hours, or until set.

Remove from freezer and slice or break into fragments.

Store in the freezer.
Tips
- Use any combination of red and green fruit you like. We used kiwi fruit, green grapes, pomegranate, strawberries and raspberries.
- Why not try cutting some of your fruit into fun Christmas shapes, like kiwi fruit Christmas trees, or strawberry stars?
