Ingredients
 1  banana
 200 g reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt
 2 cups reduced-fat milk
Method

Blend banana, yoghurt and milk together.

Pour into moulds and place in the freezer overnight.

When ready to serve, run some warm water over the mould and gently slide icy pole out.
