GREEN (NSW & ACT)

Ingredients

(Serves 10)
  • ½ red cabbage, shredded
  • ½ green (Savoy) cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 shallots, sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup reduced fat coleslaw dressing

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Divide into individual containers and serve.

Variations

Add shredded chicken and serve with a bread roll to make a meal.

Try adding other ingredients such as snow peas, red or green capsicum, Lebanese cucumber or grated apple.
