Choc-banana smoothie

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 tablespoons Milo
- 1½ cups reduced fat vanilla yoghurt
- 2 cups reduced fat milk
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a tall container (or blender).
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide into cups.
