Mango Sorbet

Makes 10 serves
Ingredients:
- 5 cups diced mango, diced (fresh or frozen)
 - 1 tbsp of lemon juice
 
Method:
- If using fresh mango, place the diced mango in the freezer overnight until frozen.
 - Blend the frozen mango with the lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
 - Serve immediately or place back in the freezer.
 
Tips: Use the lemon juice or a dash of water to make the sorbet thinner if required
Variations: Try adding a frozen banana for a tropical flavour
