Avo-Self a Merry Little Christmas Tree

Ingredients
1 avocado, mashed
1 wrap, preferably wholemeal or multigrain
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp reduced-fat cheese, shredded
Method

Spread avocado on wrap.

With a knife or pizza cutter, cut wrap into 6 triangles.

Decorate the ‘trees’ with the tomatoes as baubles, placing the skin side up.

Layer shredded cheese at the top of each ‘tree’ to make a star.
Tips
- Before spreading with avocado, try warming the wraps in the microwave or toast them in the oven to make them crunchy.
- Use a medley mix of mini tomatoes for different colours, shapes, and flavours.
- Instead of using shredded cheese to make a star, you can use a mini star cookie cutter to cut star shapes from cheese slices and place at the top of each ‘tree’.
