Serving suggestions
- Serve on a wholemeal roll with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a small amount of mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce or tzatziki.
 - Roll meat mixture into small meatballs, cook as above and serve with pasta, tomato sauce and reduced-fat cheese for an easy Spaghetti and Meatballs.
 - Coarsely chop cooked leftover patties. Cut wholemeal roll in half, spread each side with tomato sauce, sprinkle with mince mixture and top with reduced-fat cheese. Grill until cheese is melted.
 - Serve with salad and sweet chilli sauce! Try mango, cucumber and lettuce OR rice noodles, cucumber, capsicum, and carrot.
